Abstract A suspended fruit particle beverage is prepared from fruit particles and juice, white granular sugar, malic acid, emulsifier, VC, biologic antiseptic and suspending agent through screening fresh fruits, washing, peeling, removing kernels, crushing, beating, adding VC, preboiling, filtering,cooling to 30-40 deg.C, reflux, mixing with others, sterilization and cooling to 30-40 deg.C. Its advantages are complete nutrients, no damage to nutrients and good enjoyment to eat it.
