Abstract The interface paint for surface treatment of fin-type evaporator is a composition prepared by adding solid particles and silicon coupling agent after hydrophobic treatment to organosilicon resin solution. The paint film formed by the composition on fins has high dydrophbicity, high heat conductivity and high adhesion. The technological scheme of the present invention is based on the coordination to organosilicon resin and uses particles in nanometer level average size to ensure the morphological performance of the paint, particles with high heat conducting coefficient to ensure the high heat conductivity of the paint and special silicon soupling agent, such as peroxide type one, to obtain high adhesion.
