Abstract IN the culture medium produced by mixing cane sugar, agar and base medium, seed of Chinese trichosanthes is sown; agricultural rooting bacillus is inoculated to the colture medium and activated; bacteria-free is plant of Chinese trichosanthes is used as explant and its needle-pierced node part is inoculated to form adventitious root, which is planted in nutritious liquid to obtain trichold root, and trichoid root is purified to obtain nucleic acid inhibiting albumen. The process of the present invention can produce trichoid root up to 200-300 g/L in 20 days with nucleic acid inhibiting albumen content of 0.5-1.0 %0.
