Abstract A microwave processing method for reducing the nitrosamine content in smoke of cigarettes features that the cigarettes are radiated by microwave. Its advantages are high effect (reducing the nitrosamine content by 52-76% in primary smoke stream or by 21.5-53% in secondary smoke stream) and no change in smoking feel.
