Abstract A noise offset system for vehicle is composed of signal copy unit, phase inverter and audio amplifier. The noise is acquired by noise collector, then amplified by equivalent amplifier, and stored in RAM to become fixed sample. The phase of the sample is inverted and sent out to offset the noise, soreducing the noise.
