Abstract A non-chimney cupola furnace with temp differential type air supply is composed of a furnace body, a charging-dusting unit, a heat exchanger and SO2 removing duster, and features that the air from blower and the exhausted combustion gas take part in heat exchange to raise the temp of molten iron to 1500 deg.C and reduce coke consumption. An automatically closed gate is used for the charge port for fully recovering dust. Said SO2-removing duster can reduce the SO2 and dust exhausted into atmosphere.
