Abstract The low molecular crust amine preparing process incldues feeding enzyme and crust amine into a bioreactor, adding buffering solution to control the pH value of the reaction substance, enzymolysis for certain period, replenishing substrate and enzyme, grading according to molecular weight with an ultraflilter, desalting and purifying the obtained solution, concentration and freeze drying. The enzyme used is a composite enzyme comprising papain, cellulase and pectinase. The present invention has the advantages of controllable molecular weight distribution by enzymolsysi period, less impurity in the product, easy to purify product, simple process, low power consumption, easy operation, long half attenuation time of enzyme and low cost.
