Abstract Human Se protein P gene is first obtained with human liver cell and through PCR process with the first primer 5' GTGGTTGTG ACAACCCCAGC3 and the second primer 5' AATGGAAAGTGTCTTTGT, recombined cloned to colon bacillus expression vector and cultured and espressed in culture medium with sodium selenite in 1-20 ng/ml and Se riched yeast extractive. The expression product is chromatographically purified with chelated metal nickel. The method of the present invention lays the foundation for the mass production of human Se protein P.
