Abstract End carboxyl polysuccinic acid-1,4-butanediol ester prepolymer, end carboxyl polyadipic acid-1,4-butanediol ester prepolymer and diisocyanate compound are made to react in a double screw extruder at 130-150 deg.c to obtain the polyester amide and its copolymer grain material. The copolymer has smelting point 90-125 deg.c, may be used to produce film with tensile strength of 10-38 MPa, and fracture extension rate of 300-800 %, and may be degraded completely in simulated normal saline at 80 deg.c and pH 12.
