Abstract A toothbrush is composed of valve, exchangeable brush, organ-shaped tooth-paste bag, hidden tooth-paste delivery tube and brush cover with plug to block the tooth-paste outlet on brush. The tooth-paste can be supplemented into said bag by squeezing the tooth-paste tube which can be turned to link it to the tooth-paste inlet on handle.
