Abstract A broadband voltage-controlled sine wave oscillator features that a photosensitive resistor is used to stabilize the oscillation amplitude, the value of said photosensitive resistor is automatically regulated by an oscillation amplitude controller, two photosensitive resistors, whose values are controlled by frequency controller, are used to control the oscillation frequency which varies with external control voltage. Its advantages are wide frequency range up to several thousand times, low waveform distortion, simple structure and low cost.
